Our Maritime Attorneys are committed to fighting for you, whether you’ve been injured on the job, on the road, or overseas. We’ve got more than 40 years’ experience litigating cases in federal and state courts across the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court, and have secured multiple million dollar verdicts
for our clients.

Coming from a working class background and as a former member of the Brotherhood of Railway Carmen, Attorney Dennis Brown has a personal interest in protecting the rights of injured workers and has dedicated his career to representing longshoremen, offshore workers, and seamen.

As a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran, he is personally familiar with the hazards of life overseas while on duty and brings this experience directly to representing civilians working for military contractors in Defense Base Act cases.

Attorney Justin Adkins is a U.S. Air Force veteran who served his country as an aircraft mechanic and deployed to the Middle East in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He has a passion for helping people get back on their feet after an injury and directly understands the dangerous circumstances that can lead to serious injuries when working overseas and offshore.

Our family of clients encompasses the entire Gulf Coast, from Brownsville, Texas to the Port of New Orleans. Our clients work on platforms and rigs in the Gulf and on military bases in Germany, Iraq, and Afghanistan. We are committed to representing each and every client with individual and personal service, knowing that every injury carries with it different economic, physical, and emotional effects.

Our consultations are always free, and we don’t get paid if we don’t recover for you! Also, many Longshore, Offshore, and Defense Base Act cases are handled at no cost to our clients. As maritime attorneys, we look forward to speaking with you about how we can get you the compensation you are entitled to.

Remember, the adjuster only has one client, and it’s not you! Protect your rights by calling your maritime attorneys today.

You can count on the undivided attention of a team that prizes relationships over profits.
